Return and Exchange Policy

Shaista Jewelry has a strict no-return or exchange policy on all products. All items are carefully inspected prior to dispatch. While Shaista Jewelry makes every effort to ensure the product you receive resembles what is pictured on our website as closely as possible, please understand that the photographs on our website were captured under studio conditions. The hand-painted articles may vary from the picture. Moreover, these are real freshwater pearls, and due to the unique properties of pearls, they vary from one another in shape and size with their color and texture variances.

Please note we do not share images/videos of orders before dispatching them.

If you receive a damaged product, it will be due to logistics mishandling during transit and Shaista Jewelry is not responsible for third-party handling. However, please contact the customer support team and provide them with images for further assistance.

In case an exchange needs to be issued, the customer is responsible for shipping the parcel back to us. Thus the shipping charges are the customer’s responsibility.
