What material is Shaista Jewelry made of?
Our core metals include brass and 925 sterling silver.
Which plating does Shaista Jewelry offer?
All our gold pieces have a 21k gold finish, and silver pieces are Rhodium plated.
Does Shaista Jewelry offer real freshwater pearls?
Yes, Shaista Jewelry is the only brand in Pakistan offering a wide variety of freshwater pearl jewelry.
Does Shaista Jewelry deliver the exact product as shown in the picture?
We ensure that the colors of the stones are as precise as possible. However, slight variations may occur due to the effects of bright lighting during photography. SJ also uses real freshwater pearls, which differ from one another as no two pearls can be identical.
Does Shaista Jewelry offer customizations?
Yes, SJ doesn’t copy designs from somewhere else. We offer customizations on our designs only. Moreover, custom orders will be processed once we receive a 50% advance.
How do I know that my order has been shipped and how long does Shaista Jewelry take to ship?
Once shipped, you will receive an email or SMS from our end to be notified on time. We require 10 to 12 business days to finely handcraft your order. However, the Ready to Ship pieces get dispatched in 48 to 72 hours.
Does Shaista Jewelry offer International shipping?
Yes, SJ ships internationally; however, Cash on Delivery service isn’t available. The duties and taxes (if shipped outside Pakistan) shall depend on the destination country.
Can I exchange or return my order?
SJ strictly follows a no-return and exchange policy, as our orders are crafted for you upon request. If there is a genuine quality issue or you've received the wrong style, we will happily return or exchange the same on priority.
Can I Change Or Cancel My Order?

Do you offer gift packaging?

Can I Have My Jewelry Repaired?
Yes, SJ offers lifetime after-sales service. Return the piece for assessment, and we will examine the scope of the effort and get back to you. In case of extensive repair requirements, the customer must bear the costs. The shipping charges are the responsibility of the customers as well unless the item is delivered damaged from our end.
My ring doesn’t fit me, can you resize it?
Yes, we will happily resize your ring if it’s not the right size for you for a charge. Please note that not all styles can be resized - please contact our Customer Care team for further assistance.
