While Shaista Jewelry makes every effort to ensure the product you receive resembles what is pictured on our website as closely as possible, please understand that the photographs on our website were captured under studio conditions. The hand-painted articles may vary from the picture. Moreover, these are real freshwater pearls, and due to the unique properties of pearls, they vary from one another in shape and size with their color and texture variances.
Please note we do not share images/videos of orders before dispatching them.
If you receive a damaged product, it will be due to logistics mishandling during transit and Shaista Jewelry is not responsible for third-party handling. However, please contact the customer support team and provide them with images for further assistance.
In case an exchange needs to be issued, the customer is responsible for shipping the parcel back to us. Thus the shipping charges are the customer’s responsibility.

Our jewelry is made to order; thus, the making time for each item is mentioned with the product under shipping details.
Once the item is ready, it is carefully inspected and then dispatched. Karachi orders will be delivered in a day or two; out-of-city orders will be delivered in 3 to 4 working days. You can inform our representative on Whatsapp if you are unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances.
Once a shipped parcel is returned to our studio, it won't be dispatched until paid in advance.
Items ordered from the Ready-to-deliver section will be delivered within 3-6 working days.
For an urgent order, you can contact us to inquire about your preferred item. Shaista Jewelry does not offer a Cash on Delivery service for urgent orders. Thus all urgent orders will be dispatched once the payment is made with express shipping charges, which is 500 PKR.
Shaista Jewelry offers multiple payment options. You can pay via PayPal, Credit card, or a direct bank deposit.
Once the payment is made, you can share the transaction details with us for verification. Please note that payment verifications may take around 24 to 48 hours.

International Shipping Charges will be calculated at checkout and solely depend on weight and destination.
